Australian Agents' Association, which urged the necessity of reducing Ibe heavy taxation on companies having head uftiivs in London, and asked that the Xew Zeahind (lOvernment sanction the proposals of the New Zealand Taxation Committee, particularly the removal of the double income tax and Hie adoption of lhe individual system of taxation. The deputation pointed out that, some companies were taxed to '.he extent of I l/ll in the pound in addition lo the British Corporation I rolii.- tax. Sir l-Yan.-.is Bell promised in lay tindcpulat ion's views before the (tavernment.
