The Marquis of Curzon has returned from Paris, satisfied with the results of his visit. It is believed that an agreement was reached in the right direction, and that tlie peace of Europe is pretty well assured. Mustapha Kemal's reply to the Allied Note is expected to-morrow, as the Angora Cabinet is now at Angora. The only question Kemal may raise is the omission of Russia from the conference. (A. and X.Z.
