■ D. S. WYLIE'U ESTATE. SCHEDULE SHOWS £461 5/11 SURPLUS. Tlie schedule of Douglas Stewart Wylie, accountant, who was adjudicated a .bankrupt on a creditor's petition on August 16 last, sets down the total liabilities as fßl.'i 7/8 due to unsecured creditors. Other creditors are secured to the extent of £1270 10/-. The estimated value of the securities is £1.350, leaving a surplus to contra of £271) 10/-. Assets are represented as £1104 13/7, comprising book debts, £1127 ; cash, £7S 3/7 : furniture, £17.">; property. £2+5: and surplus from securities, £279 10/-. This leaves a nominal surplus of £461 5/11. A meeting of creditors is called for 2.30 p.m. on Thursday September 14. A petition to be adjudged a bankrupt has been tiled by Louis P.erlyn, agent, of Auckland. The schedule "shows the amount due to unsecured creditors as £10118 5/11- There is £7GS 12/5 secured by creditors valued at £057 7/1, and leaving a debit of £111 5/4. The total debts'are thus £1740 11/3. The assets are £110 0/2, comprising stock, £58 15/-. nnd book debts £57 5/2, making a delicit of £16.3.1 11/1. The lirst meeting of creditors will be held on Monday, September 11. The first meeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of Alfred Bevins will be held at 2.30 p.m. on Monday, September IS.
