AVONDALE BOROUGH COUNCIL
An ordinary meeting of tup Avoudale Borough Council was held yesterday evening, tlie Major (Mr. ,1. W. Kinnituirgh) presiding. There were al.-o present Coun.•illors J. B. Clarke. It. Ward. \V. .1. Thompson. A. P. Huslnin. T. Hop. A. K. Blackuiau. C K. Fearon ami G. Malcolm. A resolution passed at a meptin;:. held ou July VI. making regulations as [a supply of water from the borough waterworks, was duly confirmed.
