GALLANT REGISTRAR.
ADMITS NO IMPEDIMENT. I I NEW ZEALAND HEIRESS WEDS. LONDON, August 5. Dressed in white satin, and carrying a bouquet of lilies, Miss Lillian Russell, a pretty, fair little New Zealand heiress, yesterday attended a West End Registry Office with her fiancee. Mr. Thomas Francis Job. The bride failed to satisfy the Registrar that she was yet 21 years old, and the young couple were compelled disconsolately to leave the office unmarried, the bride still carry her bouquet. She forthwith interviewed the Regis-trar-Geneal, obtained his authority, and the marriage was celebrated early this morning.
