(To the Editor.) Sir, —If we want to slop the "sin™," last Wednesday's performance at the Town Hall if the way. The leader took charge from the first, and the chairman could not get in a word edgeways, for halt\the time we were listening to a lot of Irish humour, which would have been all right at a club or social, but was out of place at a "Ving." For one thing , three-fourths of the audience were bored, for the reason that they could not hear the jokes, and the rest were disappointed.— I am. etc., .MET/..
