A White Paper announces that a conference of representatives of Empire patent offices evolved a scheme whereby I the cost of patients throughout the Empire would be considerably reduced. The conference proposes that pending the creation of a central office, patents granted by the United Kingdom be accepted throughout the Empire.— ("Times.")
