DROPPED BY S. AUSTRALIA. WAGE TRIBUNALS FAVOURED. "JjHgS. (Received 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, this day. Sir H. N. Barwel, who is visiting ,Mel•bourne, stated that his Ministry would Boon be introducing two bills- —one to repeal the Industrial Arbitration law, the second to establish a system of wages tribunals similar to those existing prior to compulsory arbitration. Sir Henry added that the Ministry found compulsory arbitration sadly wanting; instead of being helpful to industry it was positively harmful.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
