Barwel, who is visiting ,Mel•bourne, stated that his Ministry would Boon be introducing two bills- —one to repeal the Industrial Arbitration law, the second to establish a system of wages tribunals similar to those existing prior to compulsory arbitration. Sir Henry added that the Ministry found compulsory arbitration sadly wanting; instead of being helpful to industry it was positively harmful.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
