AUCKLAND V. WAIKATO. AT REMUERA TO-MORROW. The Auckland representative team which ia about to go on a tour of the North Island has been challenged by Waikato for the hockey shield, and the game will be played at Remuera to-morrow afternoon. The teams are as published , in these columns yesterday, and although the city players are confident of being able to retain the trophy, there is every reason to believe that the Waikato team , is not one to be lightly regarded. As a curtain rais#r to the shield game the : Auckland junior reps, will play a match against a Waikato B team.
