(To the Editor.) Sir, —"Darwin Jones" suggests putting trousers on the monkeys. I would go further and make it compulsory that all male animals wear trousers and the female animals wear petticoate. The seals and other amphibians could have the regulation two-piece bathing costnmes.—l am, etc., BLUE BIRD.
