A BOOKMAKER FINED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) ■ WELLINGTON, this day. • George Alexander Brown billiard • saloon keeper, was fined £W in Court to-day for keeping a common gaming • house. The police stated that accused I had been banking at the rate of £250 I per month. He had been in business as a. bookmaker for five months.
