SUICIDE OVER TWINS.

I A fourfold tragedy, caused by a couple's . dispute about their twins, a girl and a boy | aged four, is reported from Bregeuz ou I Lake Constance. M. and Mine. Ziuimernianu were recently | divorced in Munich. As both were nt fault j the judge decided that each should have the custody of one of the twins. Unhappily he left it to tbe parents to make the choice. Mother and father wanted the girl, and as the matter could not be settled by correspondence and interviews at lawyers' offices, the whole family went to Bregenz in the hope of arranging the matter. One afternoon they went on the lake and never returned. Their boat was found, floating bottom upwards, und S.shertnen afterwards recovered the four bodies. The twins were tied together with a rope. M. Zlmmermann left a letter to the police stating that they had been unable to find a solution of the question, and so determined to commit suicide.
