(Iteeeiveil 12.30 p.ni.i ROME. July -20. The Facta (Jovernment, like that of Signor Ciolitti's and Signor Bonomi's, was sacrificed by Fascisti and Socialist disturbances. It seemed likely to weather the storm, but continuance of the disturbances decided its fate. Italy's salvation lies in the hands of the little Fascisti. Popular, and Communist clubs in every village, not. in the. hands of the Chamber. The only thing for the Government to do unless a military dictatorship is established is to lessen the opportunities for conflict. The people alone tire able to terminate it. The most significant speech in the Chamber was made by Signor Bussolini, leader of the Fascisti, known as the ••Italian Napoleon," who warned the Chamber that if the new Ciovornment acted against the Fascisti they would violently resist.— ("•Times.") -
