{By Telegraph.—rress Association.) WELLINGTON. Friday. ' Alexander Galbraifch, who has been elected to contest the Napier seat at the general elfection, appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M.. in the Magistrate's Court I this morning to answer a charge that on I June 4 he did incite violence in an ad- ! dress on "Downfall of Capitalism" at the iCominunist Hall. Mr. J. F. B. Stevenson, for accused, applied for an adjourn- ! ment in order to collect witnesses and I study the speech.
