ELECTRIC POWER BOARD.
XEW RETICULATION. At a meeting of the Auckland Electric Power Board, held this afternoon (Mr. W. J. Holds-worth in the ehaiH, the following report from the Engineer (Mr. A. Wyllie) waa adopted: — "As soon as the cable now on order arrives we shall be able to complete the following districts: —Grey Lynn, from Surrey Crescent to Richmond Road: One-tree Hill, Wapiti Avenue and neighbourhood; Remuera, Orakei Road as far as Benson Road and Remuera Road as far as Upland Road; West End Estate; Mount Eden, the immediate neighbourhood of the Mount Eden Post Office a little later. In the more extended scheme I should next propose to deal with Arch Hil!, Mount Albert, Mount Eden, Point Chevalier, Epsom (further part and nearer part of Mount Roskill), One-tree Hill, Ellerslie, Onehunga. I should propose to work outwaids on the Mount Albert-Mount Eden side, and on the Ellerslie-Onehunga side simultaneously. Owing to the existing sub-station at Epsom, the further part of Epsom will lie the first to be made alive."
