Jap. Actor's Bodyguard.
A message from Tokyo states that Sessue Hayakawa, the famous Japanese cinematograph actor, has returned to Japan with a personal bodyguard of nine men. He had received threats because, it was claimed, he had damaged Japan's reputation by playing many villain roles. A strong police force met the vessel in which he arrived at Tokyo to prevent 2. hostile demonstration. — (A. and N.Z. Cable.) .
