Association. if they are to justify their existence, to take the matter of theft up in a very serious manner with the various club?. 1 do not think that any Huh is justified in allowing convicted thieves to remain number*, an I I would go so far as to sug£e-t that all flubs should refuse to allow persons who have been convicted to participate in any of their racing events.
