BEYOND THE VEIL.
(To t>lo Editor. , ) Sir.—l think the t hit like of your readers are due to "Inventijjator" for his exposure nf the recent seance. 1 wa> one nf tluiso who attended the trumpet seance on Friday evening. It wan the most unconvini'ini; experience 1 have ever had. One lady whom I kncwjviw not married wm* asked nlioiit her liinband and family, and was toid .mc <.f them had died suddenly, which- *lv. said wiw not true. It wan also utranpe that only those sitting near the medium were touched liy tin- trumpet. 1 can fully eorroliorate all the statements made l>y "Investifiutor." In order to provide a further test I arranged a [irivato with Mrs. Harris at the wii-riliiv of another ten shilling, and the results were even more unsatisfactory than my experience at the trumpet t-eance. I obtained no information whatever for my outlay, except a few pamphlets jriven mc by Mrs. Harris about the results of other"seances. The lettal position of Mich demonstrations should he matter for iii.iuirv.— I am. etc., DISSATISFIED.
