ONLY LIMITED DEMAND. VALUES UNCHANGED. Alfred Bucklnnd and Sons report that at their weekly fat stock market held to-day at the Westfield salcyards their supply of beef numbered 511 head, comprising US steers and 811 cows and heifers. There was only a limited demand and values were about on a par with last week's qu .tutions. Extra choice ox sold to fl, choice and prime 17/ to 10/, ordinary and plain 1.1/ to 10/ C, prime young cow'and heifer beef 15/ to 18/, ordinary cow beef 12,' to 11/. rough beef 5/ to ]0/. Heavy prime steers, ranged in price linn £8 to £9, lighter prime £7 to £7 15/, light prime £5 10/ to £(! 15/, unfinished £3 to £5, heavy prime young cows and heifers £5 to £0 5/. heavy cows i:\ 1.1/ to £1 l.i/, lighter £2 10/ to £3 10/, others £1 to £2 5/.
