iKff-eiveii 1 p.m.i SYDNEY, this day. The "Sydney Morning Herald" now states in connection with the Badak caso that, owing to remarks which passed between the judge and the foreman of the jury being indistinctly heard n mistake was made in the report in stating that the rider applied to Orton individually. The rider, wtilch expressed the jury's belief that the accused was guilty of misrepresentation, really applied to O'arpe and fcarboroujjh as well as Orton.—(A. and X.Z. Cable.)
