The Estimates upon which the whoie of the above rates are being struck having been approved by the Council are open for Inspection at the Town Clerk's Office. Town Hall, between 0.00 a.m. aud 4 p.m. on all business days of the week except Saturdays, when they shall be open for Inspection between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 12 noon. WATER HATES.
