SIXTY MILLIONS IN BRITAIN. LONDON". April 30. The "Westminster Gazette's" political critic forecast" that the Budget to be delivered on Monday will include a reduction of one shilling in tlie income tax. Id in the duty on sugar, 2<l on ten. and some postal concessions, with :i smalt reduction in the entertainment* tax. Total reductions will amount to , £tS«.00O,000.
