AFRICAN HUNGER STRIKE.
(Received 11.30 a.m.* CAPETOWN, April 27. A hunger strike is reported among several prisoners awaiting trial at Johannesburg in connection with the revolutionary- movement. The men alleged indiscriminate arrests, excessive bail, and bad gaol conditions. —(A. and K.Z. Cable.)
