ESTABLISHING A SERVICE. (Received 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 26. Resolutions for submission to the Labour party "a annual conference at Edinburgh on June 27 include a demand for the resignation of all the Labour Privy Councillors, the exclusion of Freemasons from holding office ill the party, all Labour Conanoners to resign their positions in the industrial side of the movement, and also the establishment of a Labour Diplomatic Service.—(A. and Itf.Z.
