TWO "SUSPECTS."

. CHASE AND CAPTURE. | (By Telegraph.—Cress Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Last night Mr. James Donnelly, whan passing along Lambton Quay, noticed two men in the doorway of a tobacconist's shop, and being suspicious of their intentions hunted up a constable. Ke turning, they saw two men eroasing the street. One of the men stood, but tha other bolted. The latter was chased by Mr. Donnelly, who after a fight secured hie man. Both of the suspects are believed to be Germans, and Mr. Donnelly, who was one of the captured Wairuna's crew, and had two years' harsh treatment as a prisoner of war, may be believed to have gone into the encounter with some relish. His action was greatly commended by the police.
