SEMINOFF IN TROUBLE. NEW YORK. April 9. The troubles ol" General Seminoff. the Siberian "White" leader, are mounting. Two more suits, totalling £40,000, have been entered against him. Colonel Morrow, former commander of the American Expeditionary Force in Siberia, has telegraphed to Mr. C. E. Hughes, Secretary of State, asking for the deportation of Genera] Seminoff. charging him with crimes in Siberia. Senator Borah declares that investigation of the charges will be made, and steps will be taken for the general's deportation if they are found to be true.
