Reference to the death of Mr. H. D. I leather was made at a meeting of memiwrs oi the Auckland Rotary Club today. The president. Mr. i.. Rhodes, -aid that the late Mr. Heather had filled many public positions, and was a most useful citizen. He was a member or" the dub. and lived up to its spirit, which was that of service. The members stood in silence as a mark uf respect to the late Mr. Heather.
