RECHABITES' COUNCIL.
WELLINGTON, Wednesday. The first session of the Jubilee Council meeting of the Independent Order of Rechabitee opened yesterday. Representatives from forty-seven tents were present. The membership for New Zealand district is now 3333, an increase or 354 since the last council meeting. Tbe .Jfayor will tender the overseas delegates a civic reception to-day.
