TRIED TO SEIX PLANS. (Received 0.30 a.m.) TOKYO, March 31. Tsuruo Hamflfnifhi, a retired lieutenant in the Japanese Navy, has been sentenced to two years' penal servitude after having been convicted at attempting to sell secret naval plans to a former American naval attache. — (A. and N.Z.)
