A REPARATION SCHEME.
20 PER CENT OF ALL TRADE. LONDON, March 30. Tho Berlin correspondent of the "Daily News" states that several parties in the Reichstag support Herr Stinnes and leading industrialists, who are urging the Government to make over to the Allies 20 per cent of shares in all financial, commercial, and industrial undertakings in Germany, in full settlement of Reparation. Influential Cabinet Ministers aro reported to favour the scheme.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
