Sir Cjeorse Clifford. Sir William Herries and Mr. I. Miller, said they did not feel justitied in over-ruling the decision or the Wanganui District Committee, and tn view of the unanimous finding of the Judicial ('onimitto-e of the Marton Club, who had every opportunity of coming to a correct conclusion on the facts which occurred uuder their personal observation. The judges therefore dismissed the appeal.
