GUN ALLEY CASE.

THE APPEAL BY ROSS. MELBOURNE, March 8. The Full Court heard application yesterday to fix definitely a date for the hearing of the appeal by Colin Campbell Ross against his conviction for the murder of Alma Tirtechke. To-day the Full Court fixed next Wednesday for the hearing of the application for leave to appeal, and for the appeal iteelf. The Court, also directed the prisoner's counsel to furnish not later than Saturday an affidavit setting out in full the grounds of the appeal.—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
