Japanese vessel Taisei Maru, a training ship for officers of the Japanese mercantile marine, arrived this morning from San Pedro, California. She will be in port about a week. (Mangere Bridge Commission has ended by the Manukau County Council, Onehunga Borough Council, and the Auckland City Council agreeing to undertake responsibility for repairs.
