DISTORTION OF NEWS.

NATTER WIRELESS STATION. (Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, February 28. The "Times" draws attention to a further distortion of news through the Nauen wireless station. A wireless report was circulated that the Prince of Wales and party were fired on while motoring in India. This was construed to read as an attack upon the Prince of Wales by Mohammedan Nationalists from behind a bush. A statement was made in the House of Commons that the Government was investigating the matter of--a "Times" report of the discovery of important documents in an arsenal in Germany. This read, in the German version, that the Minister declared that the statement was unfounded.—("Times.")
