FORMER JUDGMENT REVERSED. The case brought some time ago hf, Norman Frank Furnees, inspector under the Sale of Foods and Drugs Act (Mr. Patterson) againet Walter Buchanan, Ltd (Mr. W. Vallance) was again mentioned at the Magistrate's Court jw terday afternoon. The original information alleged that the defendant MM to informant bread, the weight of winch « the time of sale was lese than tfie s*Uff represented it to be. The w« was stated to be one pound I°**** ounces in weight, whereas it proved » be one pound fifteen ounces. Tne defendant pleaded not guilty, and «« r hearing evidence, Mr. E. C.
