Contrary to the procedure adopted in the e:ise of the Hritifh War Medal the Victory medals are beinj: issued to those entitled to them in reversed alptvabeta-al order. Most- of Hie medals will have been engraved and dispatched by the end of .luly. Some little delay may occur in the distribution of the medal? to the nrxt-of-kin of deceased soldiers, a* full inquiries have to be made in all rase? where men have been reported killed.
