LLOYD GEORGE'S NEW HOME.
BIG ESTATE IN SURREY. LONDON, January 29. Mr. Lloyd George is building a country house on an estate recently purchased at Churt. in Surrey. The'estate covers 70 acres, is thickly wooded, and includes two lakes. A report that the contract price for the new house was £IS,OOO is denied by Mr. Lloyd George, who states that the cost will be only about £5000.—(A and N.Z. Cable.)
