(Mr. Mays), his car having knocked ' down a ten-ye»r-old girl, Madge Cooper. whose death followed on the accident, concluded before Mr. J. E. Wilson, P.M.. , yesterday. The accused was committed for trial to the Supreme Court, Wilson remarking that the case was one for & jufy- On Mr. Wilson's decision being announced the accused broke down. Bail was allowed for £200.
