THREE MEM DROWNED. t> ißeceived 10.30 a.m.l 1 MELBOURNE, this day. * Three men were drowned in Ijake Tyorg owing to the capsizing of a launch. A* picnic party of 19 went, out in a motor launch on tUe lake, and when the engine back-fired the women of the party be- , came alarmed. They crowded into the stern of the launch, which cap Sired. and three men were drowned, Darrell Ray, who was Acting-Deputy Commissioner of taxation, Alexander Finlay, and Jphn Barke.—(A. and N.Z, Cable.).
