AUCKLAND'S HEALTH.
SPECIAL INSPKCTION. The special sanitary inspection of Auck ". land City was brought before the City Council last night, when the Mayor reported that a special inspection ••!' thentire city area was now in the course of execution. The city had been re-blocked into eight special groups by ;-'ne Chief Sunij luxv Inspector, and the work was Icing pushed on energetically. This inspection '. covered ground which had been tbe sub '■ jeet of inspection during recent months, i but it was deemed wise notwithstanding this to make the position thoroughly sound. Conditions in the city may be reported as satisfactory, continued Mr. Gunson. Sanitary work, including rat calcium;. was being energetically continued.
