A Huddersfipld magistrate declined to •nake an order for the payment of income tax against two working men under the age of 21, his ground being that the defendants wire infants in the eyes of the law. The case was adjourned in order to enable the income-tax department representatives time to produce ■uthoritv for bringing the case into Court— \A. and N.Z. Cable.)
