A TARIFF BOARD FIRST. (Received 2 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The Chamber of Manufacturers is officially informed trade with Germany will not be rltamed till the proposed Tariff Bctird has been formed, and is in a position to report on certain industries likely to hurt Australian enterprise if allowed to enter Australia under the existing tariff.—(A. and N.Z.)
