PIAKO REPORTED. The New Zealand Shipping Company has received cable advice that the Piako which left Wellington on December for .London and 'Liverpool, continued her voyage from Panama on January 2. KAIKORAI RECOMMISSIONBD. The Union Company's cargo steamer Kalkorai (3161 tons), which has been laid up at Wellington for some months, after being recommissloned, was to sail for Sydney thi« morning to dock for repairs, and will then proceed to Newcastle to load. B*RQUB MANUREWA. A. S. Paterson, Ltd., advise that the barque Manurewa, which left Newcastle on Christmas Bye for Kaipara, with a cargo of coal, is due to arrive there any time now. PORT ALBANY'S SAILING. Heather. Soberton, Ltd., advise that tbe Commonwealth and Dominion liner Port Albany Is expected to finish discharging Auckland cargo next Monday, and sail for Wellington at daybreak on Tuesday to complete discharge of freight from London, Middlesbrough and Antwerp. TOFUA SAILED. With passengers and cargo for Snva the Tofua sailed from Auckland at 12.5 p.m. today. She will observe tne -following itinerary during her round trip of the southwestern Pacific Islands:—Arrive Suva January 11. depart January 12; arrive Apia (Samoa) 15th. depart 17th; arrive Vavan (Friendly Islands) l»th, depart SOth; arrive Nukualofa 21st, and return to fßnva 23rd. sailing two days later for Auckland, where she is dne on January 30.
