DUNEDIN WOOL SALE.

KEEN BIDDING ALL ROUND. AMERICANS AFTER HALFBRED. (By Telegraph.—'Press Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. At the Dunedin wool sales to-day there was keenness in bidding from the start, especially for best halfbred wools. Well graded halfbred, suitable for local mills, was evidently in eager demand, and America seemed to be after the same class of wool. Good crossbred wool also 'found buyers, and the comparatively few lots of merino in the early cata' logues were bid for in such a way as to suggest that this class of wool would command good prices later on. The best halfbreds brought up to 16d; corricdalc, 14Jd, top merino, 18Jd.
