QUEEN ST. PROPERTY DEAL.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IST IUPOETANT INVESTMENT. The business of the well known nrusio house of JLewis K. Eady and Son, Ltd., has grown at such a phenomenal rate that the directors have concluded the purchase of a more commodious Hock of premises, right in the heart of Queen Street (adjoining Whitcombe and Tombs) to meet the expanding demands of their trade. This enterprising move is indicative of the far-sighted policy adopted by the company, which increased its sales last year by no Jes» than £36,000 over the year 1919. Queen Street properties rarely come on the market, and owing to their great prospective value they are usually held in private hands. But Lewis R. Eady and Son, Ltd., who have purchased this fine property for £41.500, invite pablic participation in their undertaking by. offering for subscription 15,000 cumulative preference shares of £1 each* bearing interest at the rate of 7 pet cent per annum free of income tax. Already two-thirds of these stared have been subscribed for, and applications are coming in daily. Sums of £25, £50, £100, £250, and £500 may be invested. ' Fnll particulars of the issue are contained in the prospectus, a copy of which may be had post free on application to the secretary, Lewis R.
