The Mayor, ConndHora, and Bnigeesc of the Borough of Onehnnga hereby gtn' notice pursuant to fiectiou 9 of the above Act:— (a) That the purpose for which the tbore loan is required is to purchase and lay out as a Sports Ground and Recreation Reserve, about Thirteen Acres of Land, fronting Victoria and Grey Streets, Mount Smart Road, end an nn-named road, in the Borough of Onehnnga. ° • (b) That the sum proposed to be borrowed is i9OOO. (c) That the proposed security for repayment of such loan shall be a Special Rate oL 3-8 din £ upon the unimproved value of all ratable property in the Borough of Onehunga, and the provision for repayment a Sinking i'und of one per centum, per annum. ■ (d) It is proposed to pay out of such Loan the interest and Sinking Fund for the first year. A Poll of the Ratepayers on the above proposal will be taken on THURSDAY, the 11st day of December. 1921, between tne hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., in the following Polling Places: — Foresters' Hall, Onehunga.
