The . interest which the issue has aroused is shown by the number of applications which have been coming in from all classes, and out of the 15,000 shares offered, only about 5000 are now available. . This proves beyond question that the firm of Lewis. R. Eady and Son, Ltd., which has displayed commendable enterprise during the past few years, enjoys the full measure of public confidence. ! Their latest move, in the purchase of j this Queen Street property, is unj doubtedly a wise one, as it must result lin greatly increased revenue as time goes on. Already the business of the firm is growing at a phenomenal rate. The shares now offered bear interest at the rate of 7 per cent per annum, free of income tax.
