ENTERPRISING MOVE BY AUCKLAND'S PROGRESSIVE MUSIC HOUSE. The purchase of that fine block or Queen Street property adjoining Whit-" combe and Tombs, by the firm of Lewis K. Eady and Son, Ltd.*and the issue by fchis well-known; music house of 15,000 ' "B" Cumulative Preference Shares of £1 each, to finance the cost of the purchase, continues to attract considerable attention in Auckland financial circles. . The . interest which the issue has aroused is shown by the number of applications which have been coming in from all classes, and out of the 15,000 shares offered, only about 5000 are now available. . This proves beyond question that the firm of Lewis. R. Eady and Son, Ltd., which has displayed commendable enterprise during the past few years, enjoys the full measure of public confidence. ! Their latest move, in the purchase of j this Queen Street property, is unj doubtedly a wise one, as it must result lin greatly increased revenue as time goes on.
