SURVEYORS' EXAMINATION.
Twelve candidates out of 31 passed the examination for surveyor's license held last month by the Federated Surveyors' Boards of Australia and New ■Zealand, the successful candidates being: N". F. Aleock (Whangarei), K. L. Bedlington (Whangarei), C. R. Clark (Auckland), T. W. Cox (Auckland), C. H. Jackson (Auckland). D. S. B. Heather (Auckland), G. I. Martin (Auckland). A. D. # McLean (Auckland), T. S. McMelan '(Auckland), Douglas McCaw (Hamilton), H. W. Harris (Christchurch), and G. R 'Milward (Dunedin).
