BELGIAN BALLOON RACE.
SEVEN NOT YET REPORTED. (Received 10.MO a.m.) LONDON, September 20. Fifteen balloons started in a race from Brussels. Eiplit landed in England and Wales, but the rest have not yet been reported. Possibly they have landed in lonely spots in Ireland. — (A. and N.Z.)
