Parcel mails close at the Chief Post Office twice daily, viz., at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The morning mails comprise those " for dispatch br steamers and trains leaving between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. The afternoon mails comprise those for dispatch by steamers and trains leaving after 3<p.m. anil before 1 p.m. the following day.
